1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of fallowquay.com ("Fallow Quay", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of fallowquay.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

Fallow Quay is intended only for users aged 19 or over. By using it you confirm you are 19 or over.

3. Virtual coins

  • Coins arrive free of charge and always have.
  • They hold no monetary value whatever, and they are not money, credit or property of yours.
  • No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, handed to anyone else, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, because nothing here is for sale in the first place.
  • There is no prize of real-world value to win.
  • Coins, levels and features may be altered or reset at any point.

4. No real-money gambling

Fallow Quay does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your account

  • You need a free account to play. One account per person; do not share it.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if someone else has used your account.
  • If you sign in with Google, keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility, and you confirm the 19+ requirement here in the same way.
  • Deletion is available at any time on your account page; it takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site or that we believe belongs to someone under 19.
  • Coins, levels and tasks belong to the account and not to you as property; they may be reset.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the service, not to use automated tools on it, not to offer coins in trade, and not to let anyone under the age limit use your account.

7. Availability and liability

The site is supplied "as is", and parts of it may change or disappear. Should something malfunction, the plays and pays it spoiled are void. These terms do not restrict liability where the law forbids restricting it, and your statutory rights remain in full.

These terms fall under the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applying within it.
